Getting there:In front of Arriaga Theatre, in the historic, commercial and touristic heart of Bilbao, and near to the Guggenheam Museum. From the airport get a taxi or the bus to the city centre, where the bus stops just go down to old part (5 m walking)or getting the subway By car take Bilbao Center direction "Ayuntamiento" and "Casco Viejo". By bus, getting out from the Bus Station, take the underground direction Etxebarri and get off at Casco Viejo-San Nicolas.

The hotel was typical of a 3* city centre hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke english as well as spanish. It is situated about 20 minutes pleasant,level walk from the Guggenheim.

The rooms are very small with no space to sit or do anything much other than wash and sleep. The location is good but noisy, the staff helpful and the breakfasts terrific!
Loads of character for a modern hotel. Easy access to Bilbao tram transport (outside of hotel) and several good bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is superb. Parking space (at 12,20 euro a day) is nearby. So, all you may expect from a three star hotel and with more facilities.

This is the only hotel I have stayed in that had an exercise bike and sauna/shower cubicle in the room. Location is excellent, right on the edge of the old town and close to tram, metro and bus stops.
A modern hotel set in a very traditional area. This hotel is ideally located so that you can explore the city by foot. My mother brother and myself shared this room, the only thing that I could fault it on was the fact that the shower/bathroom had glass divides and so we had to drape towels over the door so we could shower in privacy! This hotel comes highly recommended.
This is a hotel I will definitely come back to time and time again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location couldn´t be better-right outside the hotel there is a tram which takes you to the Guggenheim for 0,60 euros. It´s also in the heart of the Casco Viejo where there are endless cafes, bars, and shops. As for the room- it was great. Very sleek modern bed with a wenge headboard, great minibar, bedside lamps and a wonderful bathroom. I give this place a 10.
