Getting there:The hotel is situated in a peatonal street, which is only accessible by car until 10:00 am. We recommend that you park your car in one of the numerous public car parks that are found at just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.Access from the airport (N II - Barcelona) : take the access to M-40 direction N-III and N-IV ( Andalucía & Valencia)., and take Avenida de America. Go straight and turn on the right in Maria de Molina till Paseo de la Castellana. When you arrives to Plaza de Colón where you will take Paseo de Recoletos till Cibeles; take Gran Via straight till Plaza de España. Turn to the left and continue mayor street and then turn to the right in Bordadores street. You will find Arenal street. -By underground from the airport:Take line 8 (Pink one) till Nuevos Ministerios.At Nuevos Ministerios take line 10 (Dark blue) till Tribunal.At Tribunal take line 1 (Light blue) till Sol. -By taxi from the airport:About 30 €

Really good hotel with very kind staff. The receptionists were very helpfull. Good and central location. Delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the bed matresses were very hard so we didn't sleep very well - this is probably the only reason that we would choose another hotel next time.
Nice new place with friendly staff, but the furniture was not very sturdy (i.e. falling apart already).

More of a upmarket Backpackers. A bit further from Plaz Del sol than the advertising says. The other High Tech right at Plaza Del Sol is much better. Having a computer in the room is great.
On arrival are requested room was not ready so we were allocated to another smaller room, the next day after discussion with reception we were allocated a much large room about twice the size and much more pleasantly arranged. Breakfast was good.
Location and breakfast excellent. Ask for a room not facing to Calle Arenal, and you'll get more peaceful night. A twin room decorated very simply and pleasingly. Limited space for clothes.
Excellent central location - interior same as Valencia hotel of same group. Friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe was no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Bedrooms were clean and 'high tech', towels were changed every day, plenty of variety at breakfast, the hotel is very central so we could walk everywhere that we wanted to go to.

Great Location. Just a few steps from Puerta del Sol accessible to transportation and within walking distance of many stores, restaurants and attractions. Stayed there in June of 2004. Hotel had just opened so everything was nice, new and clean.
