Petit Palace Bristol Hotel Valencia

Clean and great location in the heart of Valencia. If you are after the beach be mindful the town centre is not near the beach. An easy tram or bus ride though. Would stay again.

Polite, helpful staff. Perfect location a couple of minutes' walk from the dead centre of Valencia. Comfortable bed, clean linen, good quality towels. Breakfast OK - not great value at 13 euro unless you stuff yourself, though. Better value if you commit to having breakfast every day of your stay - that would have been 9 euro. The shower was fine but there was only a tiny excuse for a bath - I think that is acceptable in such a dry country. Flooring and bathroom furniture looked a bit cheap and flimsy - but worked OK. I'm quite happy with the carpetless floor. If only there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room...

Nice to have laptop and internet access in each room. Very central hotel to bars, restaurants, train etc... Would stay again for sure. Staff friendly and helpful, definetely reccommend this to anyone.

The reception was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean but whoever came up with the idea of having a glass door to the ensuite must be made. This is a very badly designed and daft idea - if someone used the bathroom in the night it woke the rest of us up as the door squeaked and the light came through the glass. Also, I asked for a triple room when in fact we were given a double room with a camp bed. The location was very central and just about made up for the other problems but when you walked out on the street it smelt very badly of drains. I don't think I would stay here again.

Location was the big attraction for us, the hotel being near to the historic Plaza de Reina. Staff were friendly,rooms were well serviced and quiet.Would have been useful to have more leaflets about local attractions. Access to internet was a bonus. Maybe it's a British thing but coffee/tea-making facility in the room would be appreciated.

Hotel is ideally situated for seeing most of the sights on foot around Valencia and the staff could not have been more helpful. Good selection from the buffet breakfast bar. Would certainly return to this hotel.

Helpful, friendly staff who spoke very good English. Excellent location just off main square in city centre, 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Migalete Tower.

We had a great stay at the Petit Palace Bristol - the staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us a free upgrade to a superior room! Excellent location for all the sights - very central but still quiet.

Right in city centre, good for sights, rail station, market. Close to nice cafe/bar 'Nottingham' (out door turn left, across road on left) bar has friendly service/good food. Hotel has Internet PCs in lobby, staff very helpful, good english. Double room very small, view to small atrium making it dark, good lighting in room so not major problem. Nowhere to put case flat for opening (only the bed). Personal safe very useful. Hotel new, still settling problems with hot water/power during stay.
