The room where we stayed was small, dark and cold. The toalet was separated only by glass wall.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. Only thing the room lacked was a view - but it was quiet.

This hotel is veryclean and well appointed. Rooms perhaps a little small but well seviced. One of group had a room to the front which was very noisy at 6am when neighbouring disco came outat weekend. Breakfast was varied and of good quality and reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Had 4 night stay and found accomodation very clean well appointed and smartly presented . Rooms perhaps a little small and lacking drawers or shelves. One of our party had room to front and it was noisy at weekend when nearby disco emptied at 6.00am. Rooms on other side had no outlook but were very quiet. Breakfast selection was very good . We found reception staff very helpful.

Exellent location in the center of the old city. Clean,confortable and modern room but very small. Breakfast was excellent.

The location of the hotel is perfect. All major sites are within walking distance. The room we had was clean and there is almost no noise from the streets. The standard room is very small and the 'massage'shower is installed too high. Instead of a back massage you would get a shoulder and head massage.

Not a bad hotel and not a good hotel. For the price you probably can get something better, or something as good but slightly cheaper. Location is very good though, in between Plaza del Sol and Chueca.

this hotel was excellent, the oly downsize was that the room was rather small and the windows faced an internal void, which was not a pleasant outlook.

Higly recommended. Clean, comfortable and modern. Use of internet in the lobby for free. One of the better hotels I have stayed in whilst travelling.

This was a very pleasant surprise! Also, all the high tech conveniences and a good breakfast.

Good, quiet location in a small plaza in centre of old part of city with easy acess to sights and metro. Room a little squashy, but would stay here again. Streets around hotel a little run-down but not a problem, and is being improved. No restaurant in hotel, but one named Ristorante Garbo on ground floor of hotel building where you get a discount. Food agreeable if a little overpriced but spoiled by the most unsociable and unhelpful waiter we have ever had the misfortune of being served by.

Very nice hotel on excellent location. Internet on a Powerbook worked not so well. Breakfast was excellent. Modern, comfortable room, beds were a bit stiff

A lovely hotel, close to the Gran Via. Would dfinately return to this hotel.

Very quiet location in a busy area.

Take a travel iron with you, this hotel doesn't have one and couldn't get hold of one for us!
