Take the detour towards Vicalvaro-O'Donnell. In the roundabout, goes O'Donnell direction till Alcalá Street. Continue by Alcalá to Cibeles square where begin Gran via street, at the height of 32, where the hotel is situated.

very close to the metro and hotel just off Gran Via...and most places are in walking distance or a metro ride away...only 40 minutes by metro to the hotel...staff at the hotel were also very accommodating, friendly and very helpful
Slight problem with noise from the corridor but didn't really affect our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Although the description for the triple room was 3 single beds, the 3rd bed was in fact a bunker. Not being used to bunker beds I kept hitting my head against the upper bunk. Mattress was good though. The location of this hotel is excellent and staff is really friendly and helpful. Next time I go to Madrid that’s where I’ll stay.
Absolute topclass location! The room was among the smallest doubles we've had but we would recommend the hotel anyway. No matter the thin walls, the unprivate bathroom. We stayed for 4 days and will go back if we go to Madrid again.
Great location, hotel rooms a litle bit tatty. No parking, nearest parking five minute walk very expensive. Not the best of hotels.
Hotel is in a perfect location for all the city centre sights and the Chueca area. The main City tour bus stops right outside the door and the optional hotel breakfast is plentiful with great choice. The majority of rooms are non-smoking. A room at the front is noisy as it is right on Gran Via - the main Street. However it did not spoil this trip in any way and noise is to be expected in a city centre location. Rooms are quite small in size but adequate and the showers are great!
This Hotel is one of the best options to stay in Madrid, it is located in the centre of the city and at walking distance from the most important sites to visit in Madrid. The rooms are very confortable and with 4 to 5 stars level. If you are looking for a place to stay and rest between your walks knowing Madrid and you are not searching for a swimming pool or for room service, this hotel is the best place for you.
Well located, walking distance to the main tourist sites. Functional and clean. Breakfast a good buffet. In short a convenient place to sleep but not a place you will want to spend any time relaxing.

Very close to Gran Via Metro station. Nice hotel with friendly front counter staff. My room faced Gran Via so it was a little noisy, but overall, a good hotel. Good location.
