Pho Hoi Riverside Resort Hoi An

The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. The breakfast was also poor and the staff were not very friendly or helpful.

Nice place in nice garden with pool. Right across the river - just walk over the narrow bridge. The staff is so and so. The manager does not speak English when problems occur. As the credit card machine did not work and we had to go out in the town to get cash for the bill!!! At least they said so. Internet is free. The restaurant is very bad!! Do not go there! WARNING! Brothers Cafe is just across the river. Short walk by the bridge. They have wonderful food.

Excellent location - across the river from old town. Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff. Not happy with hotel that they charge more for services (e.g. phone calls, taxi to airport) than stated in hotel info brochure in room - they keep syaing brochure out of date??

Service and staff were helpful, however price was to expesive for other comparable sites in Vietnam. Hotel just a short walk from Old Town Hoi An and all the shops and activites.

Location is very good and staff tried very hard to be helpful HOWEVER the Deluxe room we stayed in (big building) was a bit old didn't really get much rest there. Can't say if the same is true for Villa's

Hotel & staff were fantastic, great location, we rented a motor bike to get out of the area. Lovely city Hoi An,
