Phuket Orchid Resort

recommend for family vacation. my daughters enjoyed playing in the pool with their new friends. we had a nice room with balcony facing the children pool. the beach is nearby.dissatisfaction:choices of breakfast are almost the same and limited( i guess this is the low season and the hotel didn't prepare much to avoid any wastage!). got bored with the food after the 3rd day. only one restaurant with air-cond located next to this hotel. the internet charges are high in the hotel(100B for 30mins) compared to outside(1B/min) within walking distance.

Expensive but you don´t have to leave the hotel if you don´t want too. 2 big pools with bar + an extra for the kids. Nice events every night with buffet. Small shop like 7eleven inhouse.

You need to pay B50 for the in-room safety box.

Excellent value. Well run modern resort hotel. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing but not bad. I have had better.

Really enjoyed our stay here and at such a great price. Would definitely stay again. It had everything. Pools, jacuzzi, huge restaurant, pool bar,spa. 5 star

The first room we checked into smelled really musty so we asked to be changed and got a much better room. We really enjoyed our stay and got the room so cheap. I would definitely stay there again for the same price. Food at the pool bar was delicious and the pools are great for relaxing. I would recommend.

Was a great place to stay, the Swimming pools are awsome, you can swim right up to the bar and get a drink, and sit on stools in the water, the staues and pool designs are amazing, highly recomended

It is a huge hotel, the swimming pool is very nice. The room is clean and cozy. It looks a lot of tourist group live there, but anyway compare with its price and location, it is overvalue. I will definitely return back if I can get the same price.

The hotel is very nice at a very convenient location on the Karon beach.The restaurants around the hotel serve great food and are reasonably priced.Breakfast is good.The only problem is that the other guests make alot of noise as they leave in the middle of the night.

A bigger style hotel with impressive pools. The rooms were a bit old in style but absolutely fine considering the great value price.

Phuket Orchid Resort is 60m down a side street off Karon Beach Road. Close to beach & fairly central with handy shops all around. Staff friendly & helpful. No sea views but has a couple of large pools. Buffet food every night is OK, room service so-so. Rooms are OK but not fancy. No coffee making facilities, few english TV channels & beds are too hard - request a second mattress. It primarily caters for large, family packages from Finland with lots of noisy kids running around, etc.

We had a deluxe room with a swimming pool at the front door, it was fantastic. Just across the road from the beach.

Our second stay at this hotel, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Very well kept hotel with gardens and pools way beyond the ordinary. Everything you need is available within the hotel. High standard, friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful garden an poolarea. The best childpool I've ever seen. If you travel with children 0-12 this is tha place to stay.

This resort has huge pools that we are enjoying very much. There is also activities conducted that made the our stay more enjoying. Overall, good and well kept resort. I will stay again

An excellent hotel on all counts. We were only there for 4 days but enjoyed it immensly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
