New Modern style hotel. 20 rooms, all beautifully decorated with air conditioning, mini bar, refridgerator, cable TV, WiFi and safe deposit box. Located in the centre of Patong beach-save on taxi fares. Only 100 m from the beach. The hotel is in the heart of the restaurant, entertainment and shopping area. However, the location is peaceful and you can be rest assured of a good night's sleep - if that is what you want! European and Thai management. There is a Thai food restaurant in front of the hotel and many other restaurants within 100 metres including Italian, Mexican and Japanese.

Getting there:From Phuket International Airport: A taxi or Limousine will take around 40-50 minutes to Patong beach. Ask the driver to take you to Soi Dr.Wattana on the beach road. The hotel is located on the left at the end of the Soi (only 100m from the beginning of the Soi). Zen restaurant is on the corner at the front of Soi Dr.Wattana. Look out for Burger King on the beach road and the Soi is located just 50 metres past.

Car parking:No parking for cars. Street parking for motorcycles.
Child Policy:Children are welcome. A child under 12 years old may stay in their parents' bed free of charge. A child over 12 will require a roll down bed at an additional charge of 500 Baht per night (not available in all room types). A cot can be provided for your infant child free of charge (not available in all room types).
Very Good Location, cheap price but do not expect too much, very very good for the price.
Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Great interior, free internet and a perfect location. Doesn't offer breakfast but the restaurant accross the road is cheap. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Even though the room has a strange smell on the first night we stayed there, overall it was very good with great location, cheap prices and Internet included. Thumb up!
I found the staff very friendly at the Phuttasa Residence. The location was good. The room had nice decor however was very damp and smelt damp, there was a hummidifer but the smell was frustrating. The plumbing also was bad and slow to get repairs during my stay the bathroom sink leaked on the bathroom floor, the shower would not turn off another day. The water was off to the whole building another day and the room was not serviced another day. Although the staff were friendly and I tried to remain positive I would definatly not stay there again.
We like stay in Phuttasa Residence because the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is so near to the patong beach, bangla rd, and Jungceylon. It's easy to look for meal. And the hotel was cozy enough. I'll stay in Phuttasa again if I come to Phuket again.
Had to shower with water bottles, but am sure it is not a regular thing. Rooms could do with some new paint. Great price and good location makes it worth it.
About 100 yards to the beach.
The place is alright. I recommend it because its close to the beach (about 2 min walking), on its street there are a few good (and cheap) restaurants and shops. Overall, its simple, clean, and has a very friendly staff. Its price is very affordable too. When im back to phuket, ill probably stay there.
Small, clean room with adequate facilities. Good location - close to the beach,nightlife and numerous restaurants. good value!

no services provided , stairs very small & no lifts , very close to the beach & no extra charges for getting friends to the room for a night stay . room very clean .
