"Picasso is a real treasure of a hotel for anyone needing accommodation from or to Malaga Airport. Not easy to find. The standard of the room was well above what I would expect for the same money in the UK. Although in a suburban location there was a lovey pool, terrace and garden. From the airport (2.5km), follow signs to Malaga. At the first bend (Coca-Cola) turn left towards San Julián and follow signs to Guadalmar. Go under the motorway (A-7|E-15). The hotel is signed from the Guadalmar roundabout.
From the A-7|E-15 motorway (Antequera-Malaga-Marbella-Algeciras): turn off at kilometre 232, signed 'San Julián-Guadalmar' (Leroy Merlin).
From the N-340|Velasquez Avenue (at 2km): To take airport direction, and fallows San Julian and Guadalmar direction.
From the old centre or the train station (5km), take the bus no. 10 towards Churiana and get off at Guadalmar. By car, follow signs to Marbella (A-7|E-15) or Aeropuerto (N-340|Velasquez Avenue). |
