"The apartment is in an old terrace house and a few too many years have passed since refurbishment. It has a slightly neglected look and feel about it, and it is quite spartan in terms of furnishings. However, the parts that count are clean, the basics are there, it is spacious and the location is quiet, the heating is good, and it is very comfortable. It is ideally located for access to parks, city, food, services. The key has to be collected from premises about half a kilometre away which is a minor nuisance. If I had business in the area I would stay there again." - Anonymous
