"While this is clean and well located typical london 2-star boutique hotel, it does have its shortcomings- poor sound proofing between rooms, plumbing noises, beds are hard not as comfortable, and very narrow steps with no elevator, a challnege for carrying luggage, specially if your are on 3rd or higher floor. May be okay for an overnight stay on way to Heathrow, but longer stay could be a challenge for some. So beware!!" - Anonymous
