Piccolo Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Spacious, clean, comfortable Executive bedroom. Close to shopping centers.

We had very good experience with this hotel. The location was excellent and so many places to eat just in a walking distance. The area is called Times Square and reminds of New York, full of tourists having fun. Will recommend highly to stay in this hotel. It is a new hotel just built 1 1/2 years ago. Front desk persons were not very fluent in English, some times had difficulty in communication.

Excellent clean hotel in robust shopping street. Room is big, bed is comfortable. Staff speaks english, security is good. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby. The hotel is our preferred hotel in Kuala Lumpur

The superior room we got was quite small, but adequate. The shower/toilet setup could be awkward for some people traveling together. But the location just about makes up for any of the hotel's flaws esp. if you are in KL to shop. You can walk to many shopping centers, go back to your room to rest or drop off packages and head out again without losing time. Very lively area.

Good location, however the entrance (especially at night times) is not immediately noticeable. The hotel can easily remedy this by placing more signage at the front of the hotel.

It is very clean, quiet, big rooms, great service, near to LTR and surround by many malls.

Piccolo hotel is located very close to Pavilion and Lot 10. Very convenient for those who love to shop! We stayed in a standard queen room and it was just right. A little small but had all the things we needed. They do have a bar downstairs which at times can get a little noisy, but we were able to sleep without any problems. Very clean and modern looking place! Staff are friendly. If the taxi driver doesn't know how to get there, just asked to be dropped off at Lot 10 and it's literally next door. =)

Very happy with my stay at The Piccolo it was clean, quiet and everything needed was in the room, staff were efficient and friendly. My room was quiet and I slept very well, comfy bed and pillows, wi-fi worked very well and this will be a regular for me in K.L.

Superb location. Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Very accessible, with the monorail station nearby. Hotel is very clean and everything looks new. Ample parking lots (important for those who are driving). Will definitely stay there again if we are going KL again.

Reasonable price. good location. few minutes walk to main shopping centers. Hotel looks a bit old but the rooms are well renovated. I booked four rooms and the mini bar was empty on all and incoming calls didn't work in my room. I will definitely book this hotel again next month.

The ultra modern and contemporary design is cool.. location is the best selling point..

Stayed at the Piccolo Hotel for 2 nights. Great great location, near to pavilion (5mins walk), in between Fahrenheit Shopping Mall and Lot 10 A walk down the street will bring you to Jalan Alor for superb food. It is very near to the Bukit Bintang Monorail too. One shortcoming would be the amenities in the room. It doesnt provide toothbrush and toothpaste so please remember to bring your own. Overall, it is a very nice boutique hotel and reasonably charged for its location.

I would definitely come back to this Hotel. Location is superb! Just a door step away from Pavilion, Lot 10 and JW Marriot Hotel.

Absolute heart the concept of the room =D its clean and new.... love it ... great location .... didn't try their bkf though...don't expect much from cust. service though =D

I read the posts regarding the Hotel before I arrived and several were complaining about the staff service being unfriendly... my experience was totally the opposite. The staff went out of their way to provide us with information and excellent service. I recommend the Piccolo.

Almost impossible to sleep - the pillow is far too soft.

Not very fantastic in terms of the size of the room. No bathtub, no breakfast. Just the room. Bed was hard enough to notice.
