"The hotel was great but the staff were pretty unhelpful. The receptionist was plain ignorant and uninterested! I arrived at 9am, was sick as a dog and just wanted to sleep. The receptionist didnt care and we had a arguement about checking in before 1pm - she was insistent that it was impossible. The duty manager resolved the issues but only after I demanded to see him and refused to take no for an answer... no a helpful bunch! " - Neil Devonport
"Just what KL needed. A hotel with a great location, good rates, incredibly clean and modern and professional staff. Very comfortable beds. No pool so no noisy kids, great for those who like to shop as its in the middle of 5 malls but rooms are well insulated from street noise. Will definitely be staying in future." - Nicola Dupont

"A new hotel which opened in spring 2008. Very conveniently located next to the "Lot 10" Shopping Centre at the crossing in the heart of the Bukit Bintang area, this hotel is only 1 minute away from the monorail station. The room is of very modern design and was very clean. My room, not facing the main streat, was very quiet, despite the bustling area. The staff was helpful, though they may not be accustomed yet to quick service at the front desk. The WiFi had a problem but on-line internet connection in my room was OK with my Mac with the help of the technical staff. In summary, I recommend this hotel especially if they offer you a good reduced price, which was the case for me." - Anonymous
