Piccolo Hotel Verona

Excellent breakfast, handy to Station, longish flat walk to all the sites. No handy shops or cafes. Would stay here again.

This hotel is a fair hike from the station and not easy to find unless you know where to go. We found the male receptionists were churlish. They charged 5 Euros to use the internet and it couldn't even connect to Hotmail.

strange hotel. Reception shared with hotel next door so felt as if Piccola was deserted. Area was not great although it was close to Verona centre. Room was very small and basic. on the positive side breakfast was good with plenty of choice and all staff were very helpful and friendly

beside a little spookie surroundings at first (we reached hotel at night and there were workings in progress on the street) Piccolo Hotel Verona was one of the best value for money hotel in Italy good breakfast -far above other 3* Hotels in Italy-, own, cheap parking and cozy room

Hotel Reception staff were nice and helpfull, breakfast was a nice typical Italian buffett style, room was nice and clean. Hotel location was approximately 10 minutes walk from the Verona train station, and approximately 15-20 minute walk to the Verona center, so some people may prefer public transport.

Very good hotel. Room and bathroom are big and nice. Arena is only 700 m away. Parking the car in front of hotel is not a problem. Also the beakfast is excellent. Stuff is friendy. I would like to come to this hotel again.

Nice hotel. A bit far from center, but taxi is only 7-8e. There is canal next to hotel so there is some mosquitos...

The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

I would have no hesitation about recommending this hotel. However, I'd advise everyone to steer well clear of the undrinkable instant coffee at breakfast time.

A little bit "off side" with relativelly long walking distance to central town (Arena). Have to cross and walk along heavy traffic road. The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Near train station, close enough to walk with bags. Provides free transport to and from opera. Friendly staff that speak good english. Nice bar. Breakfast was a cold buffet. Recommended.

Very good Hotel with good Service, Breakfast iast wonderfool!

All our rooms were brand new, freshly redone, and beautiful. The hotel is in a slightly scary looking neighborhood near the station but it was a fairly short walk to town, the staff was wonderfully helpful, and, the breakfast was fantastic. Hot and cold items, meats, cheeses, cereal, bread, fresh cherries, some sort of egg dish, etc. Luggage check was very easy and you were given tags like you do at pay services but it was free. Maps available at the hotel. We will stay here again when we return to Verona.
