Central location
Excellent hotel in the centro storico. very good service. Only problem: the car parking at 20' and the parking bill not included in the hotel bill. My car was returned with a broken back light. I had to negotiate with the guy from the garage, the hotel refusing to endorse its responsibility.
The Location of this hotel was very convenient and close to the main sights and the trainstation which was important as we had luggage to carry! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ideally located in the center of the city, close to museums, Il Palazzo Vecchio and the shopping area. Very friendly staff.
Very central, although not close to hotel - did need to get a taxi. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Be carefull of the prebooking of museums as I am not sure whether we ended up paying over the odds, but it was nice to have prebooked and jump the queue. Leave early to get into other museeum queues, it is worth it. Restaurant opposite is very good. Would definatly stay there again.

A first class hotel with superb staff, all helpful in the extreme.
The location is excellent, and the ease with which one reaches any monument far exceeds the lack of a view. Rooms are well furnished, ample and with wonderful beds, and I suspect cool in the summer (I went in December). The buffet breakfast is very good, with ample choice of cereals and cold meats. Service is attentive and all members of staff are curteous and polite. The pricing through Hotel Club is very good indeed.
