I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and always find the staff extremely friendly, helpful and competent. Most can communicate in English. The location is handy, with lots of restaurants close by, and general stores, bakeries, ATMs and hairdressers. The subway station is literally on the doorstep. The downside is the absence of lifts for the 4 floors, but the bellboys are ever-ready to help with luggage. The stairs provide good exercise for the able-bodied!
Had 10 nights in this hotel , location spot on, curteous and helpful staff,breakfast was a highlight and catered for all tastes and for the money we paid cant fault it, a previous post complained about not having a lift ,we were on the top floor 4th and it did not present any problems,and we are in our sixties, give it a go
