This is a very unique Water front Resort where you will stay over the water with mountains surrounding you. With many room options to chose from this makes it perfect for all travelers. Central to all 4 ski fields and 40-45 mins to either Queenstown or Wanaka. This is Central Otagos only real waterfront accommodation.

Getting there:
We are located just 7Kms from Cromwell towards Wanaka on state highway 6. Heading from Cromwell you will go over a small bridge call Low Burn we are just 3Kms past there on the right hand side. Turn right into Pisa Moorings then Right onto Perriam Pl you are here>

Check-in Procedure:
Reception is open from 8am-8pm please call for late a check in.

Our Water Front Twin Studio can sleep upto 4 guests by way of Two queen beds. The room has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with heated floors, towel rails and mirrors Guests have tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster, fridge, wireless internet access and a large flat screen television. This room also has a balcony to take in the mountain & water views.

Double Studio
