PLANULA offers beautiful accommodation on over 50 acres amongst tropical landscaped gardens just over 3km from the centre of Byron Bay. You will love the relaxed atmosphere created in this modern B&B style retreat. PLANULA offers 5 bedrooms, each with modern ensuite bathroom, one with a double spa overlooking our gardens. All stays at PLANULA include extensive continental breakfasts each morning with plunger coffee, home baked bread or muffins, a fresh newspaper and much more. We are the only true remaining oasis that close to town! The only thing you'll hear will be the soothing sounds of frogs and birds. PLANULA is a place to relax and unwind. We do however have FREE wireless broadband in all guest rooms and common areas (even on the shady decks outside).

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay, and were well loooked after by our gracious hosts.
We had a truly relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Only wish it could have been longer. Our host was delightful and very helpful. We hope to return in the future for another visit.

super retreat away from the town centre. Very peaceful with communal lounge / breakfast facilities. 5 mins from town by taxi if you are out for the night. Hosts Wendy and Nick could not have been nicer.

We had a nice and relaxing stay at Planula. The wireless internet access on the outdoor terrace was great (good to catch up with e-mail and papers when having b/fast or an afternoon coffee). A friendly place to stay.
Planula was a lovely place to stay, definitely value for money. Friendly hosts too!
It is a beautiful place to relax and if you like to work out: next to the B&B is the largest Aikido dojo of Australia.
