Getting there:By motorway, exit Centro to Plaza Colón, then through Calle Alfaros to Calle Claudio Marcelo until Ambrosio de Morales , then you will arrive to Plaza de Seneca.

everything ok but heating doesn't work well: it was so cold!
I will no doubt stay at Plateros again. It has very good value and the place was really lovely, homy, and clean. Located within walking distance from all the major sights. It is family owned and everyone there was extremely helpful with our questions. Definitely worth staying.
Good basic hotel on quiet street in old city. Don't even think about driving to it.
The hotel is impossible to find whilst driving. Park the car, find the hotel on foot, ask for directions, and then go back and pick up your car. You have to go down an alley with a bollard across it! Don't try to drive to the hotel in anything bigger than a Citroen C4 as you will not get it between the buildings! The staff don't speak any English, but sign language sufficed. Don't expect Moorish charm in the rooms - be warned - they have been rennovated and are nice and clean, but now lack spirit and individuality.
Friendly and helpfull people. Location was good though hard to find.
