used this hotel out of season for a 1 night stay,we wanted basic clean room at cheap price,we got this with a breakfast as well.
Really nice staff though its a pitty that not all staff knows english
95 double rooms with full bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, background music, refrigerator, safe-deposit box.
some of the staff do not speak english. i needed an iron but was not provided. apart from that nice place to stay, 2mins walk from the beach, really quiet place though. no pubs/bars or clubs nearby.
Place was immaculate.Only criticism wa there wasn't a great deal on public transport.
- Door-lock for the balcony was damaged. Easy access to the room from the balconies on either side. - Refrigirator and radio out of function.
We stayed for 3 nights half board in June. A very Spanish hotel which mostly caters for spanish holidaymakers. The food was very good. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone with transport. You do need a car though as Miramar is very small and there's not much to do there. Oliva is lovely especially the old town. The beaches in the area are spotlessly clean with beautiful sand and safe sea. A lovely Spanish area. Would not suit people seeking a Benedorm type of holiday. Excellent value for money.
Modern hotel close to the beach. Nice touch that there is a balcony to every room. Would suggest that the hotell put out a small table and to chairs there though.
We had half board, but the dinner was so bad so we had our meals elsewhere.
A pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff although English is only spoken by the reception staff. The food is good (half-board is good value). If you want a beach holiday, then Playa Miramar is really lovely. But getting into Valencia itself is a bit of a trek - allow 90 minutes - bus to Gandia (services are not frequent) and 60 minutes by train (every 30 minutes) into the city.
