Good for the value, although a rough and tough neigborhood

Our Airconditioned ensuite rooms include T.V., Fridge and a private bathroom that includes shower and toilet.These rooms are made up daily. This includes a re-supply of coffee/tea daily.
Vey good hotel: right location, good price, nice people, rather clean and bright, convenience for good food and shopping. Will stay there next time.
It was a very central place to stay, within walking distance of shopping, public transport 3 different eating strips. However quite noisy on a saturday night form the local night life which goes to the early hours of the morning.
Very central to main shopping strip (e.g. Rundle Mall). Staff very curteous and helpful. Good value for money,
The rooms are very basic, with a general lack of hot water pressure and no microwave however the hotel could not be in a better location, and the staff are most friendly, even going out of their way to accomodate unusual requests.
We love this hotel. We asked a housemaid to change a new hot flask for us without telling her our room number, in error. When we returned from our shopping we were surprised that the hot flask was changed. It was indeed a good job. The hotel was a bit old but the service is perfect.
It was a very large room. Comfortable bed.

This Hotel provides just the basics, but does it in a most satisfactory manner. It is clean, staff friendly and location is excellent if you want central Adelaide. It is located in a lovely old hotel, but has been modernised with on-suites and Reverse cycle air-conditioners.
I have found the hotel most appropriate to my needs, especially the location.
