"This hotel is in a great location in the centre of Adelaide. However, the actual street is a little sleazy with a number sex shops and strip houses etc. The rooms are very outdated and over priced compared to other hotels in the area, plus we experienced a lot of rudeness from one of the owners and actually left before the due date." - ricky batten
