"I am a very satisfied customer. I took a train from Rome to Mestre. It was wonderful to be able to step off the train and walk across the street to my hotel. Location is excellent!! For one euro you can take the train to the St. Lucia train station in Venice. Very convenient!! Avoid the headaches and high prices by staying in this hotel instead of St. Mark's square. Most of my friends stayed in St. mark's square. The square floods during certain times of the day/year due to high tides. They place walkways in the square. It is extremely crowded and a nightmare to carry your luggage through that mess!! Watertaxi's are expensive, good luck squeezing yourself and your luggage on the CROWDED vaporetto (ACTV network--waterbus) Breakfast included. Bacon, eggs, cereals, breads, juices, fruits, etc. I was going on a cruise which left Venice. My friends and I shared a taxi for 30 euros from our hotel to the cruise port. It was convenient!!
