Getting there:Plaza Nueva (Nueva Square) is one of the most importants Squares in Granada. Just follow signal to that square and you will find us there.This is a monumental zone for this reason it´s protected to the cars. Only come the hotel´s guest. Tell the police you have a reservation in our hotel. Stop in the taxis 5 minutes.Our hotel is in the front of the fountain it´s a red colour building, then we will help you to parking your car. Please reserve your parking space. This is Albaicín zone protected by UNESCO.

great location for whatever activity you have in mind. only complain was the shower. it has one of those detachable shower heads that's broken and water went everywhere. just make sure the door's shut if you don't want a flooded floor outside of the shower.
I stayed two nights here. When I walked into my hotel room I was impressed with the lovely windows and balancies, however that night was Saturday night and I heard every sound in the Plaza until around 5am when it went finally went quiet. I got very little sleep. I was going to check out however the manager offered me another room which was smaller and without a view, however it was quiet.
Convenient location, room could have done with a good vacuum. No ironing facilities at all - disappointing. Comforable beds.
Excellent hotel, we got a great price through [your website] and had a huge room with lounge and balcony. It was right on Plaza Nueva which was great, but also had a bad aspect. Was great due to the fact that we were right in the thick of things and so close to the alhambra and great restaurants and tapas bars. It was bad in the sense that there was no parking and attempting to access the area around Plaza Nueva is very difficult with lots of restrictions. So parking is an extra fee. Overall would highly recommend this place!!
Beautiful interior. Well located with very close proximity to the Alhambra and neighborhood. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Parking is a problem due in large part to its proximity to the center of town. Access is difficult if one is driving into Granada as the main thoroughfares are being rehabilitated. Best to take a train or airplane to Granada and rely upon a taxi for transport to the hotel.
Internal rooms are very dark. I managed to change my room for one with a balcony overlooking the square - excellent. Most photos of the hotel do not show the ground floor because the front ground floor is now a pharmacy. Access to the hotel is by a side door
