"Nice clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Situated on the Northern side of the river oposite side to Osaka Central Station. The hotel was a little difficult to find as it located down a side street off the main road. We enjoyed our stay. " - Kane Satui
"This hotel is quite conveniently located ...just one stop form Umeda, the city centre on the hankyu line, the down side is that it is not gearded for foreign business men, all TV other than pay TV was Japanese. no CNN or BBC or discovery channels. The staff were very helpful but few if any had a good level of english to assist with Business questions.
However for the price it was good value by Japan standards. The area is well served by restaurants.

"I will use it again. It is conveniently located for quick rail access to central Osaka. (Umeda)...just one stop away." - Russell Trethewey
"Hotel is close to the station and am greatful that they have its business card at the Juso station - very convenient. It's OK if you walk the 'main' way as indicated on the back of the business card, but if you walk the short way - it's a bit seedy. Be careful if you're travelling by yourself. " - Anonymous
