Points North Apartments Gold Coast

The TV is so old and not even digital, far too small for such a large room. No TV in bedroom. Flat screen TVs are so cheap , really. Overall Decore is very ordinary , no mats , no pictures , no bathroom/ toilet ventilation No clean towels for the 2nd and 3rd day . Overall , I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and at the gold coast and this one was done too cheaply . Sorry but I have to be honest. I normally stay at Royal Pines , Radisson, watermark, sun city, Crown Towers and they are all mostly cheaper in cost but much nicer in Decore and ammenities. Thanks for reading.

Great Location but room very dated. Plenty of noise from the street below even on the top floors.

We were very happy with most aspects of our stay. The only thing negative to say was that some areas could have been a bit cleaner. We will likely stay there again in the future.

Unit was in fantastic position. Huge 2 bedroom unit. Very clean and great facilities. We enjoyed our stay there immensly.

Apartment was smaller than expected and there was the odd minor maintenance issue, however, it's in a great location with fantastic views and good facilities. We would stay again.

We have stayed here several times. Apartments are well appointed and clean. Facilities very enjoyable and realxing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is superb no matter what you want to do it is just there. Will definitley stay again. Home away from home

Best location on the Gold Coast,

Apartments appeared quite old, not that clean. Would have expected a higher standard from a 4 star hotel. Size of aprtment was great and location outstanding. Would stay again, if I knew there units were modernised.

Our balcony was quite small, but they do have larger ones if you are on the front of the hotel, that was our only let down.

Grewat stay for the price. Handy to everything. Across the road from the beach and the Coolangatta Surf. Shop all underneath. Heaps of restuarants below too. Would stay there again.

Esplanade location. Great, clean and well appointed apartment with fantastic views of surf from large windows. Located close to restaurants and shopping.

The 2 bedroom, 2 baathroom unit was very large and right across the road from the beach at Coolangatta. Only problem was that it was the middle of summer and whilst the lounge/dining room was airconditioned, the two bedrooms were not - not so good. Otherwise the facilities were great - tennis court and pool. We would stay there again

Location was excellent. We had wonderful views from our apartment and it was close to everything. Down side is that there was a lot of traffic noise first thing in the morning.

Carpets absolutely filthy and ripped, dish washer filter clogged with fat and debris,washing machine screen and soap dispenser filthy, oven grill dirty. Vacum cleaner bag full and had not been emptied.Down light globe in kitchen blown, general furniture dinning table lounge ect poor. Fox movie channel flickers at times and cuts out.

Lovely view, friendly reception staff. Going back in about 6 weeks.
