"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good but the coffee could be improved to provide freshly percolated coffee rather than instant. Perhaps removing other items from the buffet to compensate. Also fresh fruit should be offered as well. The hotel was in a very good location close to the metro. My only main critism is that at night that area became a haven for druggies and I found it very confronting to be stepping over drugged out people who littered the pavement in the morning. Perhaps the hotel manager could have a word with the Police so that the area is cleaned out of this sort of problem. Drug selling was also obvious and this makes the area very unsafe especially for women. I made sure to be back at the hotel before 7.30pm and recommended to other single women travelling not be retire late because of this. This dimished my experience as I felt unsafe to venture to restaurants and cafes to taste the wonderful greek food." - Anonymous

"Hotel in good position - handy to transport, shops, etc. Hotel in need of refurbishment - worn carpets. Air conditioning not working properly - very hot. Hotel definitely not 4 star quality, more a basic 3 star by Australian standards. Staff very helpful.
