in my opinion the Polo Hotel is an excellent hotel situated on Vespucci which is the main street in Rimini marina centre, complimentry beach towels, courtesy bikes, excellent breakfast served up to 12.00 mid day with choice of hot and cold food and the best cappuccino ever. The room was tastefully decorated with brilliant air conditioning, sky tv, safe and balcony. The reception staff speak excellent english and all staff are allways friendly and helpfull
Our Rooms are simply wonderful! They are all equipped of Sat/tv color (Cnn, BBC, ZDF, Sky package), air conditioning, minibar, hair dryer, electronic safe, digital telephone and modem socket, high speed Internet connection through ADSL directly from the writing desk (free!), completely soundproof and with the most comfortable beds!! You can choose different solutions, rooms with shower or Jacuzzi, parquet or carpet, smoking or non-smoking!

Probably a bit of a dated 4 star as many Italian hotels are but very well maintained & updated with internet for guests & flat panel TV in rooms with loads of channels. Rooms are not huge but for the money are great. Really well positioned on the sea front & for the short walk from the beach to the city centre (although R itself is nothing like a city! a couple hours & your done - there are some great day trips out though - San Marino, Urbino, Ravenna)). The main positive for this hotel is the friendliness & real helpfulness of their excellent staff & an excellent buffet breakfast to set you up for the day. Would definitiely use again.

Polo Hotel Rimini is in a great location in Marino Centro near the beach, nice restaurants and bars. The rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Staff are helpful but only speak a little English so be prepared with your phrase book.
I did not make use of all the facilities at Hotel Polo, but the standard of accomodation was good and the location is excellent for the beach. Thanks for a great holiday.
