Our Presidential Suite is a large Executive Studio, with stairs to a mezzanine floor where the bedroom is located. This has a superking (or two singles) and two bathrooms, one with a spa bath & shower. Large bi-fold doors open from the spacious lounge onto a small, sunny tiled conservatory, which looks onto the Avon River. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, sky TV, stereo, DVD player, broadband.

"Got to meet the owner who was absolutely sweet and very hospitable, showed my group and i around the apartments and treated us to 5 star services.
I originally booked the poplars but was transferred to their sister apartment due to a better location as it was more central, and staff were more than happy to accomodate the move - great service!" - Catherine Tran

"We found the Apartments excellent. The unit we had was in very good condition and clean, it was central to town and only a short stroll along the Avon River to Hotels and Restaurants. The only problem we had was the stairs at the front of the building, with 4 large suitcases and hand luggage, but the lovely receptionist helped us and got us a trolley yo put all our luggage on, it just fitted into the lift. We have 27 apartments that have full kitchen facilities, spacious loung and living areas, air conditioning, digital sky tv, high speed internet, washing machines and dryers. Most apartments have spa baths and have a great north facing river view. We have Oasis Restaurant and bar on the ground floor, which provides fine cusine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. |

Check in time is 2.00pm, sometimes the apartment may be ready earlier otherwise we can certainly store luggage. You will be asked for credit card details for any incidentals. |
