Port Hotel Narita

My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was incredibly clean and different items were provided in case something had been forgotten (toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.). The plugs work with America-based plugs up to a certain voltage, which was a relief. Buses were coming and going at all hours to take visitors to downtown Narita for a fun time.

Easy to reach can get to in 10mins by shuttle bus and staffs very handy when you ask them.

I was very happy with my stay at Port Hotel Narita. There were regular free bus shuttles between the Hotel, Narita Station and a large shopping mall. I stayed in the Standard Single room, and it was very large by Japanese standards. Broadband internet was available for about 1000yen for 24 hrs. If you need something within close proximity to the airport, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great place to stay overnight near Narita. There is not much available to eat for the Western palate, but otherwise it's clean and comfortable and fine for a night. The staff was very helpful.

Was upgraded so that was great for me. Would recomend the hotel to anyone needing to take early flight or arriving late. One strange thing though, the airport shuttle had rough wooden seats. Strange.

Although the hotel is way out of JR train station, shuttle bus provide between JR train station and hotel and hotel to airport is very good. I hope that you would provide free internet excess for customers in the lobby for convienent correspondence for some to do emailing. ( can restrict the time allocated to each hotel guests). I hope that you will maintain the good service and facitilites alrady provided. Best wishes and regards

Good place to stay if needing overnight at Narita. Clean, good amenities etc and typical polite and helpful Japanese staff.

Free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. We arrived late and it was no trouble for the resturaunt staff to prepare us a meal. A very quiet hotel but not really handy to any facilities but great for a Narita stopover.

This hotel was the last of our trip and we will recommande this hotel for the facilities and the restauration. Many thanks.

Very nice staff, I left my spectacles in the hotel and they were very prompt in sending it in their next courtesy coach. Very friendly staff breakfast was above average. Will stay there again if I go to Tokyo.

A great inexpensive place to stay for a night before a flight. The room is pretty basic. The receptionists were very helpful and the free shuttle would have been great if we`d woken up in time! The buffet was good and reasonably priced and you can`t beat the convenience to the airport.

The Hotel operates a free bus shuttle service to the Shopping Mall, Town Centre & Airport - an absolutely superb facility.

Our reservation was for one night on our return to Canada. The room we received was large even by Canadian standards, the beds comfortable and lots of room to sit and relax. The bathrom needed some help as there was quite a bit of mildew in the grout, due to the ever present humidity. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The shuttle to a from the airport was right on time and the driver very helpful. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Very good standard for a very good price

Rooms were tiny but everything worked and the hotel was quite appropriate for an overnight transit stay. Restaurant is fairly basic and takes last orders at 9pm which can be a problem with late flights. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Narita airport - ring them for details.
