"Was upgraded so that was great for me. Would recomend the hotel to anyone needing to take early flight or arriving late. One strange thing though, the airport shuttle had rough wooden seats. Strange." - Anonymous


"Although the hotel is way out of JR train station, shuttle bus provide between JR train station and hotel and hotel to airport is very good. I hope that you would provide free internet excess for customers in the lobby for convienent correspondence for some to do emailing. ( can restrict the time allocated to each hotel guests). "You will not be allowed to check into this hotel until after 3pm which for an airport hotel is pretty poor, especially if your flight gets in early. If you arrive early you will be charged an extra part daily rate. Staff unhelpful. Very limited room service and restaurant menu." - Marco Pulvirenti
