Clean and comfortable hotel located 5 minutes walking-time to historical heart of Assisi and only 70 meters far from one of the eight medieval Gate (Porta Nuova) of the town.
Our rooms have bathroom with shower and hair dryer, fully equipped with TV colour with satellite channel, air conditioner, direct telephone, computer plug, moquette on the floor and smoke and fire detector on the roof.
Hotel provides also private spaces for your car, comfortable rocking-chair for two and on the 1st floor a charming veranda with a balcony.
The front desk speaks Italian, English, German and French (sometimes also Iranians!). We provide free information, useful suggestions and arrange tours around in Umbria (free of charge tours are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from May to September). On request with guide on your language available all week long.
The Hotel Porta Nuova closes two months during winter time to renew some areas.
