"breakfast menu limited and unvarying.
radio-alarm in my room not working - not fixed when I asked.
Radiator full on and not adjustable - receptionist very helpful, changed my room when she couldn't fix it.
Only ventilation was window overlooking main road.
No closed bin for sanitary towels - no bin in bathroom at all in second room.

From the M6 - Exit junction 6, take the A38 (M) City Centre sign, follow signs for Inner Ring Road West, M5 and Kidderminster. Then take signs for A456 Edgbaston and Ladywood. This leads onto the Hagley Road, the hotel is on the right.
From the M5 - Exit junction 3, take the A456 Birmingham West sign, this road leads onto Hagley Road, the hotel is approximately 4 miles on the left.
From the M40 - Continue to the end on the M40, join M42 West (Bromsgrove) join M5. |
