Situated on Noosa Waters, each of Portside's 20 luxury townhouses have their own exclusive waterfront access and boat mooring facilities.
Restaurants and the Noosa Yacht Club only minutes away.
Close to excellent golf clubs and the Noosa Bowls Club.
Noosa's main surf beach is within comfortable reach.
Everything Noosa has to offer is near at hand be it by a short stroll or by bus or ferry.
Moor your boat in front of your unit or just catch a fish. It is that simple. Portside has individual mooring facilities and a central jetty for additional boats and for fishing. Entrance to the resort mooring facilities and the Noosa Waters canal area is via an electronic-gated lock system located within 200m of the resort.

Two & three bedroom townhouses accommodating up to 6 guests.
Spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bathroom & third toilet/vanity on ground floor. Spacious dining, kitchen and living areas, television/VCR player, DVD/video library, outdoor deck with table/chairs, upstairs balcony, private waterfront garden, kitchen microwave dishwasher and oven, direct in-dial phones, air conditioned.

| Getting there: |
Portside is in Noosaville, located 140km north of Brisbane Airport, approximately 1½ hrs by road. It is also serviced by Sunshine Coast Airport, 25km south and 20 minutes by road with regular coach shuttle services.
Directions for drivers: Turn off the Bruce Highway at the Noosa-Eumundi Road. Upon reaching Noosaville, turn right at the final roundabout into Gibson Road. Portside Court is the first left turn.

Check-in times are 2-5:00pm weekdays and 12-1:00pm weekends and public holidays. Please contact us to arrange access if you are likely to arrive outside these times. |

A lock-up garage is available for each townhouse. Guests are asked to park second cars or boat trailers on-street immediately outside the resort. |
