The details made what could have been a decent stay a bit regrettable. Internet was free, but sometimes unreliable. Breakfast was ok. Rooms clean and with good space, but the TV was very limited and I only had BBC World as an English-speaking station. Coffee service in room never refilled and only provided tea...no coffee. Location is great and if you are not high-maintenance then you can be happy here.
The room was big and spacious. However, the hotel charged for every small thing - right from the teabag proivided with the kettle. Location was not that great, but good vlaue for money and near an underground station. Breakfast was good.
My only compliant is that the HOT breakfast that they advertise is not really hot, they could do with providing more breakfast solutions for english people.
Hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for me on the first night. However, they had already arranged an alternative and laid on a taxi to get me there. This hotel (Comfort group) was adequate, though away from the town centre. Taxi fares were reimbursed, including a return trip into the centre of the city on the first night. Staff were very helpful and the room was quite spacious.
I arrived, and the Hotel was overbooked, so the send me to the Quality Hotel. But the Service at the desk was very good and very friendly and helped to arrange the move.
Outstanding location with lovely front desk staff who were very helpful. Good sized room, a bit dated and tired but spacious with all facilities. Secure parking at neighbouring hotel 11.00 euro per day. Nice breakfast (cold buffet) but no staff service. Would recommend and would stay there again.
I found staying at the Praga 1 Hotel in Prague very enjoyable and pleasent, however the only down side was there was no air con facilities available in the rooms which was very uncomfortable as the temperature was plus 27 degress outside. Plus we were on a busy main road so were unable to have the windows open due to the noise. I found breakfast unusual but could not complain about the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and provided a good service.
Convenietly located. Short walk to Old Town. Clean facilities. Near Tesco & Tram terminals. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to family & friends. Will stay there again next time.
