"Although the rooms were good value for the price paid the service at this hotel was appalling. It is clear that the hotel is severely understaffed, and it appeared that the staff had no time for tourists that may stay at this hotel. The hot food served at the breakfast buffet was cold and it was impossible to find a table that was laid. Check-in took three hours before we could enter our room (alleged computer error!) and the bar staff were eager to close irrespective of whether guests wished to remain or not. The hotel is also a fair distance from Brussels centre. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is the worst 4* I have ever stayed at." - Anonymous
"Very nice hotel! A shame I didn't stay very long and I left before the breakfast was served but the room was very nicely furnished and it took me no more than 7-8 mins to drive to the airport. Would definitly stay again if I could get the same cheap price." - Renee Joyce
"The price / performance ratio of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are big with modern decoration. Also very important; it is silent at night: one can sleep and rest very well. Good parking place.
(One remark though; the falcons one uses for soap and bath foam are quite difficult to open if one tries to peel off the very small foil on top...)" - Anonymous
