"The hotel was comfortable but the hotel was quite expensive compared to others and so I felt for the price the decor was tired and breakfast was poor. It was a breakfast self serve buffet with coffee from a machine although there was quite a lot of choice. Morning staff were not too helpful since they were talking with each other rather than helping guests. Very convenient for the hospital complex. Evening bar staff were excellent." - Anonymous

"Very nice hotel! A shame I didn't stay very long and I left before the breakfast was served but the room was very nicely furnished and it took me no more than 7-8 mins to drive to the airport. Would definitly stay again if I could get the same cheap price." - Renee Joyce
"Although the rooms were good value for the price paid the service at this hotel was appalling. It is clear that the hotel is severely understaffed, and it appeared that the staff had no time for tourists that may stay at this hotel. The hot food served at the breakfast buffet was cold and it was impossible to find a table that was laid. Check-in took three hours before we could enter our room (alleged computer error!) and the bar staff were eager to close irrespective of whether guests wished to remain or not. The hotel is also a fair distance from Brussels centre. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is the worst 4* I have ever stayed at." - Anonymous
