Getting there:From Dublin Airport take the M1 towards the city – follow the signs for the city centre.Keep Drive straight until you reach O’Connell Bridge turn right over O’Connell Bridge following the road around to the right – Trinity College is now on your left – keep to the left on to Nassau Street and take a right onto Kildare Street. At the top of Kildare Street you have to turn left – then keep the left lane – St Stephens Green is now on your right – follow the road onto Merion Row – at the second traffic lights turn right onto Pembroke St at the end of this road turn right onto Lower Lesson Street. We are located about 50 yards up on the left hand side just past the first set of lights. If you wish to go straight to the car park drive past Stephens Hall turn left onto Earlsfort Terrace, you will pass the National Concert Hall on your right hand side. Turn left at the next traffic lights onto Hatch Street. Take the first left into Earlsfort Centre Car park. Follow signs for Stephens Hall,

Very Good experience in the best part of Dublin
As i was attending a conference in UCD this was the perfect location as the bus was just outside the front door. The facilities were great, I could cook my own meals which meant i didn't have to eat out everynight. Overall a fantastic hotel/apartment. Would definately recommend and stay there again.
We were very impressed, the staff were helpful and advised on good places to eat, both for eating out and for getting top class take away nosh at good prices. This hotel is very close to temple bar and is situated in the heart of the georgian area of Dublin. Will definatly go there again.
Overall I thought that this hotel was a great find, good value for money and excellent location. It was just a shame that the double bed was made up of two single mattresses joined with a slight height difference.
Excellent location
This hotel has a great location, just a short walk through St Stephens Green to Graften Street. The hotel itself is basic but you do get a living/kitchen room which is great if your staying a while and don't want to eat out every night. Value for money.
Very good services. Will defintely stay there again.
