President Apartments Gold Coast

Have a good and comfortable stay. Bathroom towel rall was broken on arrival, but that's just a small thing to us.

I previously read comments/ratings for this establishment and was a little concerned, but after my stay I don't know what they were on about, unless it has changed hands recently, very satisfied and would stay again anytime.

Everything was fantastic - service was outstanding and location couldn't be better.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The Apartment is in a great location overlooking beach and a short walk to main shopping area. Also facilities are excellent and I would recommend this complex

Great location but very dated. Appliances and furniture and some rusty fixtures need to be replaced to make it a "want to come back" location.

We had a very pleasant stay at President Apartments and impressed by the location and the price that we paid for it. That was a good deal with a good view! Close to everything needed for a good time in Surfers Paradise. Thanx

The location was perfect. Overlooking the water was great and it was just the right distance from walking up to Surfers Paradises's main area.

The location of the President Apartments was fantastic. Right on the beach and a short stroll to Cavill Ave. The view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful. Staff were very helpful with information on where to eat and places to go. Parking was also available which was very handy. A great place to stay would stay there again in a heart beat and the price was cheap :)

The 2 bedroom apartment had a breath-taking view of the ocean and was located directly on the beach. This was by far the best value, view, location apartment that I have ever rented. There are a lot of these type of apartments on the beach, but you cant miss with the oceanfront apartments. Simply amazing.

good , should be a little flexible in allocation of rooms. I was booked for lower floor & needed a upgrade to a higher floor which was not given, though there was a vacancy on the higher floors in the hotel.

Beautiful location, and nice hotel considering it's price.

the hotel is a little tired. Location is fantastic though. Price was great. Loved being able to stroll straight out onto a patrolled beach and being so close to restaurants.

This unit had a very good view of Surfers Paradise beach and Q1 building. We were shocked to see the substandard conditions of this unit. I would not recommend it to anyone else as it was filthy on the balcony with a dead pot plant filled with cigarette butts and a dirty floor. Walls need repainting, shower was mouldy, light bulbs were missing, carpet square needs cleaning and kitchen sink handle comes off. No wine glasses were present and only 1 teaspoon could be found. This unit needs renovating or upgraded.

The room was well appointed, in a perfect position for beach, restaurants and shopping but it is obviously getting old and is rather 'tired' looking.

These were unserviced rooms so you are totally left in peace , ammenities there to cook iron wash dry clothes etc. A street away from shops and room overlooked the beach

The apartments are right on the beach, and is quiet and comfortable. Very good value and would stay there again. This is an older block and the remodeled units are well done.

Excellent it felt just like home but with the luxury of having access to the beach right at the dorstep. It is very close to the centre of Surfers which was great for eating out. We had the best holiday and would definetely recommend this accommodation. We will be returning.

Very friendly staff, excellent beach front location, close to the center of Surfers Paradise. The apartment is very spacious, a large living room, kitchen, and two large bedrooms. The price is a really good deal. Strongly recommended.

We were very impressed with the room that we stayed in. It was very clean and the facilities were great. The owners were very friendly, helpful and approachable. Will definitely stay with them again.
