"We were generally satisfied with our stay at this hotel with one exception. During our stay, a leak from the room above developed ajacent to an electric light in the bathroom. I reported this to reception and completed their form for this procedure. Nothing was done about this and, when we checked out two days later, the leak had deteriorated to the extent that the lamp shade was filling up with water and the ceiling was begining to show signs of blistering. I reported this dangerous situation again to reception but I got the impression that they didn't consider it important." - James Lyle
