"It was a lovely hotel and the rooms were very spacious but for some unknown reason breakfast was not available which was very disappointing given the price we paid for the room. The staff were very friendly despite my complete lack of Spanish however we reported on several occasions that the minibar fridge was not working but nothing was done about it. We stayed at the hotel during the Moto GP therefore the room prices were inflated (£750 for three nights!) however I do feel that even their usual rate is a little bit excessive for the standard of this hotel." - Anonymous
"A lovely hotel with wonderful gardens although the pool area was a little disappointing. The "Ask Me" service was excellent and we followed all their recommendations. We eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good but we were the only people there! I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Jerez. " - Brian Baikie
" The service during the day was very limited, one could only obtain a drink by going to the bar and dialling the reception for someone to walk over and serve. This was made worse by the fact that reception, lobby and resaurant/ breakfast are 100 metres walk across the open yard. To compound this the "bar" closes at 8 PM . Deinately not 5 star service, more like Hostal. " - Trevor Ashton
"Very pleasant - very quite when we stayed here end of November - liked their "ask me" service - lovely city - worth a visit " - Carmel McCarthy
