Lovely hotel in the beautiful atmosphere of Montmartre. Good price for the location and very friendly staff.
Good value hotel with breakfast situated very near to Moulin Rouge and the 'artistic side' of Paris.
We received a warm welcome at prima lepic, the hotel was just as i had expected and just what i had wanted. it had all the charm you would expect from french hotel. the creaky floor boards french doors opening out onto the busy street. i can't wait to go and stay here again.
We stayed for four nights; after initial confusion about our internet booking, the rest of the stay was uneventful and really pleasant. Reception very friendly and helpful; we appreciated that they spoke English. Rooms are clean and romantic; we stayed in the "premium" rooms that had a good street view, I guess it may be worth paying the little extra for one. The location is absolutely perfect - there is a car park around the corner for E20/24hours. Convenient to Metro. If you are a novice to Paris and looking for an easy and convenient place that is well-priced, this is a very good option.
Very helpful service from reception desk. Good location in the heart of Montmartre.
Great location for those interested in visiting "Amelie"-country or the Montmartre/SacreCouer area. But a little worn on the edges for the price. Bathroom was clean (but the sink was the smallest I've ever seen), carpet could be cleaner.
We enjoyed our 2 nights stay very much. Had originally booked a standard room but needed more space for an extra bed as we have 2 small children. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room cosy and clean, location great. Even though it was very noisy outside, it was pretty quiet once you closed the window. Prefer a little hotel with character like this one to any 4-star property. Would go back anytime.
The Prima Lepic hotel is situated in very good location, you can just take a walk to see the city. But if not, the metro station is also in the end of the street. Our room was a bit small, but clean and nice.
Very French hotel. Location is superb. 150 metres from "Blanche" Metro station and just around the corner from the Moulin Rouge. Rue Lepic has plenty to offer in a small space. Good cafes bars and restaurants all in easy reach and some good shops all on your doorstep. The rooms in the hotel are not huge but the service is friendly. The staff are happy to help with recommendations on where to eat or how to get somewhere.
First impression of the room is that it is a little old (wallpaper and bedspread). However, the bathroom is very modern (found one hair in the tub). Beautiful location in Montmartre - get to really feel what one would think Paris is like! Front desk is extremely nice and attentive.
The Lepic hotel is situated close to many amenities and the sites of Montmartre, and has the faded charm of many of the older small hotels that are found in the busy French areas. The ensuite bathroom was very clean, and the bed comfortable and although our room looked out over the roadway, it was not too noisy and the concierge was helpful and courteous. Breakfast can be taken in the hotel or at one of the may cafes nearby, and we enjoyed our stay there.
Cosy place, ideal for small tourists - beds are 190 cm long.
The Prima Lepic is a very pretty hotel just a few minutes from the centre of Montmartre and very convenient to several underground stops. Definitely recommended.
Prima Lepic was in a great neighborhood of Paris-near Montmartre but still local and residential. Just up the street from a Metro stop (and the seedy sex shops), the are quickly became super Parisian with beautiful seafood markets, boulangerie and great local restaurants. A quick walk through boutiques and brasserie bring you to Sacre Coeur.
Hotel is in a great location on the lovely Rue Lepic. My single room on the 5th floor was quiet and clean. The quiet part was unexpected, as so many hotels in Paris suffer from street noise, but the room faced the courtyard. The furnishings are plain but serviceable, bed firm, bathroom very nice. Internet connection was great. Breakfast was acceptable (breakfast is not the strong suit of the French). Staff was always helpful, friendly, and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.
Booked a single room and expected it to be super tiny which it pretty much was (as you'd expect in Paris) but it was decorated beautifully, quite cute, and had enough room for suitcases open etc so I was quite pleased! The location is excellent, this was the biggest plus for me. Staff were nice. But parts of the bedroom and bathroom were in disrepair (eg broken shower head holder) and the walls were VERY thin. From my bathroom, I could hear what the guy in the bathroom next door was doing and at night, I heard everything. Not nice, unless you're coming for a romantic weekend also and think you might be able to drown the couples next door out!
Quaint hotel, great location for exploring Montmartre - the Montmartre cemetary is around the corner and just up the street from the hotel is the artists' area of Montmartre and Sacré Coeur. The hotel is far enough away from the red light area on the main street that you're not bothered by the noise and there are many good, small cafes and shops around. Hotel service was prompt and friendly, the bathroom was quite large and well-stocked, and the room size was typical for Paris but very clean and comfortable. Exceptional value!
Great location in a very lively area. Room was very small but very clean. My only concern is that the luggage room was left unlocked and unsupervised. Overall, I would probably stay there again.
Nice and clean room. The 'Amelie Poulain' room has though nothing to do with the film, more english countryside style! Neighbourhood is nice, close to Abesses and Montmarte but not hard core touristic. Lively but noisy street.
Good hotel, just room we were living was very small and no sun light through the window as it went to inner very very small yard. And a bit noisy, you can hear what is going on on the other side of the wall. And price could be a bit lower. But otherwise hotel is good, staff smiling and helpful.
