The lounge bar welcomes guests, surrounding them with an involving and discrete atmosphere, the perfect spot to have a coffee dur-ing the day or a rich aperitivo before dinner. Getting there:By car - The hotel can be easily reached from all the motorways, following directions to the centre of the city and Milano Centrale. Once you get to Milan, follow directions to the central railway station. By train - The hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from Milan central railway station. Go past piazza Duca dAosta and walk along via Napo Troiani, on the left side. When you reach the first roundabout, take the second turn on the right and there you are in via Carlo Tenca. Walk on for about 30 m until you reach number 21, on the right side. By plane - The hotel is 30 minutes far from Linate airport and 50 minutes far from Malpensa air-port. Coaches to both airports leave from the central railway station.
Check-in Procedure:A valid ID must be shown upon check-in. Hotel may ask for total prepayment. If you have a late departure or an early arrival, hotel can store your luggage.
Car parking:Private car parking available, with valet picking up and bringing back your car. Cost: 25,00 euros per night.
Child Policy:Children from 0 to 2: free in bed with parents. Children from 3 to 12: 50% off sharing parents' room.
The hotel room and location was good, however, the price was too high. The hotel staff was also not very courteous as they dumped our luggage in thier store when we were delayed by 15 minutes beyond the agreed check out itme of 1300 hours.
Location is the probably the main appeal to this hotel. Everything else was just average. Room rates we had excluded breakfast.

Location being quite close to the Milan rail station is good, but otherwise not a very special "tourist" area.
The guy at the front desk mended my shoes, a little extra thing he really didn't have to do but I really needed done and appreciated. The hotel was lovely and clean. I thought the breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Good location, if you need to be close to Central Station however is quite away from the sights and buzzing areas.

Was an alright hotel for just passing through Milan. Good location to walk to central station and had SKy TV which was nice. Jacuzzi bath tub was nice too.
It's a small and cosy hotel with an excellent location - near the Central Station with easy acces from Malpensa and Orio airports. It will take you only 15 minutes to get to the Dome by foot. Actually it's in the walking distance of most of the hot spots of the city (Scala, Brera, the Public Garden, commercial streets of Buenos Aires, Corso Venezia, Montenapoleone etc.), so I found it'slocation as the main benefit. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional, especially the concierge personnel. I found breakfast a bit dissapointing for a 4 star hotel as variety is concerned, yet still you can have almost everything what you want.
the hotel facilities are low due to business needs (Internet connection - for example). the location is very good, prices are not high and it is clean the English knowledge is BAD !!!

Close to the main train station and metro. Safe was not fixed when requested. Very good value for money. Would stay again.
