"This hotel definitely needs to be refurbished. After a shower the bathroom was flooded as the door above the bath would not stay in position. I asked for a different room and to my surprise in this room the safe could not be opened. The continental breakfast was just fine. A very special thank you to a very helpful gentleman Noureddine, he went to great lengths th help us. I will, regardless of the minor hicups, go there again. Melbourne, Australia. " - Anonymous
