In the centre of town, so close to shops & markets, and with easy access to the temples. Very good breakfast & service, but has a restaurant that has to be accessed via a staircase - could be a problem for some people.
Good value. Position right in town - 5 mins walk to night markets.
Good location. Staff were kind, except at the gym. We were told to wait 10min. to get the steam room ready. Waiting there but it did not get wam. The staff there did not station and we had to wait being cold to inform. After waiting long, he finally said it was out of order! As his English was poor, it was difficult to communicate and we wasted our time. Overall, We enjoyed our stay there. It was good value for money!
This is a high-grade hotel with the lowest "official" room rate US$180 for a single. The rate I paid thanks to [this website] was a fraction of that & included a brilliant breakfast & free internet (though the latter was of erratic quality & frustrating). The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
Extremely convenient location, very friendly staff. Clean room, very spacious. Hotel food/ drinks/ massages are not expensive. Highly recommended.
Very good hotel with room balconies overlooking the pool. Good location to walk to the markets and nearby shops.
Hotel is superbly located, discreetly hidden from main road. Staff very helpful and friendly. Any additional requests were promptly accomodated. Only had breakfast there and it was quite the spread! I am not too chatty, so I did not want to embark on a long conversation with the servers. James, hubby, on other hand, took immense pleasrue in talking, chatting, etc with the so very keen and young servers. If I have a complaint it is only one. The air conditioning in the bedroom (which was spacious and great) was noisy and a blaster from hell!! I wished that I could direct the air away from me/the bed. But that's it!
Excellent breakfast buffet. Better to eat in "Pub Street" for other meals. First class pool. Need to organise a tuk tuk, much cheaper than hotel car, and more fun. Worth paying for deluxe room.
A highly recommended hotel. It was a pleasure to be there and the food was great.
I have no complain for the money I paid for the room. Only suggestion is tht the shower is not powerful & the shower water volume is too small.
This hotel was generally good. However, our room (101) was on the mezzanine floor and it had a window behind the bed which must have previously looked out over the lobby. They have attempted to board it up but you can hear everything going on in the lobby especially the bar directly below the window.
With the special rates a good place to discover Ankor in a relaxing way. However, Internet Access costs 20 USD / 24 h when not included in package.
The hotel is not as luxurious as many reviews have quoted. It is more of a 3 star hotel. Service is good from a couple staffs, but the night-shift manager is exceptional rude and unhelpful if you need urgent help beyond mid-night. Breakfast buffet is good and provides a wide selection of food.
Thanks Prince D'Angkor Hotel for the enjoyable and memorable stay! The luxurious hotel is quiet and makes a good place for relaxation from the busy street. It's serenity and tranquility is topped off with excellent service. The casino, poolside bar and club gives you enough reason to spend the night partying away! It's favourable location - just opposite the newly opened Lucky Plaza and 10 minutes walk to town adds to just one of the many reasons why you should stay here.
Excellent hotel and location. Personell very kind. Good price for a 5 stars hotel.
A very nice hotel with clean room and good facilities. A real value for the money. Good Location in the city and a very helpful staff. They were accommodating with our requests and a real first-class hotel for the price.
A nice, comfortable and well located hotel near to restaurants and town. We had a pool-view room which was excellent. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly though not so, the Cashiers and Business Centre. Access to internet from the hotel room was slow and difficult. We had a pleasant few days' stay and will recommend this hotel to those who want some peace and comfort.
A great location, a very nice pool, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very quick to assist.
We enjoyed our stay - apart from a few error on the part of waitors etc. However, we found the staff at the desk on check-out quite inappropriate and rude. they tried to charge us for drinks we did not have in our room. that was not the problem. The problem was that they left us waiting eventhough they were aware we had a flight to catch, they walked away from us for ten mins and called from anothere phone and laughed in my face when i went over to complain. Overall, was ok but that bad experience would mean we would never recommend the hotel to anyone
The hotel generally had nice facilities, spaceous rooms, a perfect location in downtown Siem Rep. Breakfast fine, the restaurant dinner not very exciting and a pool-side dinner show / dinner not really worth visiting, but there are an abundance of good restaurants just outside the hotel. So generally good value for the money except for one annoying detail: A glass broke in our room - it must have had a crack, it simply came apart when it was lifted. The hotel charged for this, and I could not find anyone willing to discuss this with me from 4 pm to 8 am the next morning when we checked out. They suggested three times at the reception taht we should Split the cost; onhly when I flatly refused at check out the cashier had to accept removing it from the bill, with my written statement of the reason. So this last minute impression spoiled the picture foir me, so I will probably not recommend the hotel to others.
