"This was a great value hotel in a very good location. If you are a shopaholic you are across the road from the Pavillion Mall and within walking distance to many other well know Malls. An approx 15min walk will get you to the twin towers. The staff were without exception very friendly, helpful and polite. The bathrooms in both rooms we had booked were spacious and well appointed and the beds & pillows were quite comfy. The breakfasts catered for most palates and were of a good standard. The individual attention of the waiters/waitresses made them great. The 10th floor pool and gym were well set out. We would definitely stay again" - Brigid Lovelock
"My husband and I stayed during new year and the first week of January and were extremely happy with everything about this hotel.
It was elegant and the service was friendly and obliging. We had a standard delux room and we were very surprised with the quality of the room. The bathroom was quite large and we were on the 14th floor with a magnificent view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The breakfast was a buffet that catered for every nationality and taste.
The swimming pool was set in a tropical roof top garden which we enjoyed after shopping at the numerous shopping malls which are within walking distance of the hotel. I thought the location was very convenient for getting any where around KL. I would definately return again to Prince Hotel and Residence." - John McDermott

Location, service, food, facilities, room standard were all excellent and I would definitely recommend it for all travellers.
