"At last I have found a hotel in Kuala lumpur where 5* reallys is 5 stars. Good points in hotel:5 min walk to city center, nice, clean room with big bathroom(really liked the tub), good breakfast and what's the best:perfect service.It's really nice that the taxis which are allowed to stand in front of hotel work honestly with meter and no hassling. "I was disappointed that the room was not ready for my arrival at 4pm in the afternoon, which is well after normal check-in time.
While I had booked a King room, I accepted a twin room so that I could get into a room straight away as I had been travelling since 4am.
Then I found one of the twin beds had been slept in, but the bed had been remade. Overall I was disappointed for what should have been my night in a luxury hotel." - Pauline Lister
