Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur

Its a two thumbs up for the hotel. The staff were polite and kind. The rooms which I was in was brillant and the hotel facilities were perfect. Its a nice place to be in for honeymooners and family get-away... Bound to return to stay at Prince Hotel & Residence....

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in May 2011 and found the Prince Hotel delightful. The staff were very friendly and the pool and facilities were excellent. It was very close the major shopping malls and plenty of good restaurants close by. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. We really couldn't fault the hotel at all.

Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. Outstanding value for money & benefits staying in an Executive Club Room. Will definately stay here again.

Hotel is good, but food is not too mush as I would like see in 5 star hotel.

Great, in every way. Great position for shopping, just around the corner from the Bintang Walk. Service.........nothing too much trouble. Fabulous views from our 25th floor room, which was large, beautifully equipped with a superb bathroom. Pool area magnificent, with a sauna and massage facilities on the 10th floor. A fantastic stay..........would certainly use this hotel again!

Overall stay is very pleasant. Stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with my nieces and nephews and they are very happy with the room. The free internet access is a super bonus!

Really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff. The two bedroom was ideal for our family (2kids) plenty of space with a sitting area and kitchen. The location is a short stroll to shopping and we will be staying here again in the future. We stayed over two weeks and only negative was a couple of things in the room were not dusted and room sevice food was a little disappointing and pricey.

Geneally speaking, it is a good room with stunning city view. The hotel, otherwise is a little bit out of date.

We had a great stay, but that was after a few set backs. We booked the grand deluxe room and on arrival was told our room was no longer available. Our options were to have two single beds or have a king in a smoking. Needless to say we chose the smoking room, but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Anyway the lady at the reception was rude and said that was all that was available, so I waited and complained to someone who appeared to be more senior. After this he apologised and we were upgraded to the premier room which was very nice. I think that if the hotel makes a mistake there is no way we should have been down graded in the first instance. If I was not persistent we would have been stuck in the standard room all week! I would stay here again for location, all the staff were great except for the female reception staff. They were all very unhelpful and rude.

A large hotel, well situated in the KL CBD. Efficient and friendly. Good meals and drinks qualty and service. Would definately stay there again.

Right next to the Pavillion shopping centre where we have most of our meals (Food Republic food court). We will be back again.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Lovely room, everything in it that you could possibly want. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very close to the Golden Triangle. Had a fantastic time and nothing to complain about. Shows how good a hotel it was, even the Prime Minster of Malaysia was there one day for a Meeting. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Yeah i really njoy the hotel very much.....and my kids love too....thks to the staff there....

It has a great location but the range of food for breakfast is just average - std varieties with little imagination. I happen to iron some clothes - the ironing board looked so over-used. I left my passport when checking out and discovered it too late to catch my flight. Although I am pleased they found it, I am disappointed that they did not try to contact me - an sms to my phone would have helped! So I have to stay for 2 more nights...elsewhere.

Good 5 star in Golden triange. Walk to Pavillion Shopping centre.

Fantastic staff. Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and great service. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in KL.
