"I was disappointed that the room was not ready for my arrival at 4pm in the afternoon, which is well after normal check-in time.
While I had booked a King room, I accepted a twin room so that I could get into a room straight away as I had been travelling since 4am.
Then I found one of the twin beds had been slept in, but the bed had been remade. Overall I was disappointed for what should have been my night in a luxury hotel." - Pauline Lister
