The Hotel has four floors, but no lift facilities, the stairs are very narrow & not the most secure.the carpet on the stairs is very worn & loose ,& could be a trip hazard. There is Also no seperate fire Exit. The Service & staff were good & friendly. The Breakfast was O.K.
It was quite an operation to enter the shower from the rather narrow area. A bath towel and shampoo were missing from the room and had to be requested. To use the wash hand basin, one had to approach it sideways as the cistern was located too close to the basin.
The facilities were very good and clean. It was pretty far from a metro stop (about 5 blocks), so traveling from there by foot was not as convienient as I would have liked.
I would only rate this hotel as average because of things like the bath towels were very small and not very white, the hair dryer kept stopping and it took ages to dry our hair. The breakfast was very ordinary and we did not bother having it even though it was included in the price and would have been helpful with the budget if it was better.
Locationwise not recommended for the first time visitor to Paris. But service was good and helpful.
Hotel was ok.
Great location anddesk staff speak good english.
The hotel is located well. The rooms are small. Staff very helpful. I would recommend it for short stays.
We were very pleased with our stay in the hotel. We got much help where we needed it, and the hotel was clean and cosy.
Nice, clean friendly hotel. Only bad point is that there is no lift and windy steep stairs. We had booked a double room but on arrival were put in a twin room (and as this was a romantic weekend this was a bit of a disappointment) but the following morning we changed rooms and we were very pleased with the new room. The rooms at the back of the hotel are smaller and a little stuffy but the rooms at the front of the hotel are bigger, nicer and have those few little extras such as a fridge & CD player. Breakfast is basic but plenty and the drinks were piping hot. We are hoping to go to Paris again in the summer and will probably book the same hotel. Our rating - 80/100
Excellent hotel for the value - very clean - newly renovated - and the staff were extremely helpful. We'd definitely stay there on our next trip to Paris.
Very good value for the money!
Very friendly staff and good value for money.
Room, especially bathroom, was very small. For € 6,-- you can have breakfast. Rack-Rate for a Single was € 70,--, therefore online-booking was a good thing to do.
