- ready internet access in the rooms - more variety for breakfast because if stay more than 1 week, one will have nuthing else to choose from the menu. - Security was good but they should greet all of their guest irregardless if they are local or not.

The rooms are so old and need urgent renovations. The bathrooms if u can call them bathrooms are small,old,a bit digusting.This hotel offers a perfect and helpful stuff,but with the room they loose all their good impressions they gave the guest when arrive there.Never will stay there again.

The hotel was walking distance from shopping malls. Across the road from Greenbelt 5 and 5 minutes walk from Landmark which connects to Glorietta. Staff was friendly and rooms were pretty clean.

Receptionist is very friendly.

Pool was not available, as advertised in the hotel details. Some confusion on the parking as we didn't get the parking pass until later. Service was okay, breakfast passable.

Hotel is OK by Philippine standards but nothing special. Good location for Makati Greenbelt and hundreds of shops.

Most of the towels and bed sheets are too ancient - they need to replace them. Also to make sure to lock the door properly after cleaning.

The staff in general were very helpful and friendly and as our stay lengthened we appreciated the familiar greetings as we arrived back to the hotel each day. The only disappointment was the pool being out of service. Highly recommend.

The service is really bad in this hotel, i called up reception or even the housekeeping to order some breakfast, and the phone is forever busy. . .that i have to go down to the ground level (we're at the 22nd floor) and buy food outside instead. . .another thing, the colour of the TV is defected, it has a reddish/ violet tint that we strained our eyes-- well, the only entertainment we got is the TV, right? And this is also unusual-- when i asked for extra pillows, they're charging PHP55 each. . . ive been to so many countries and hotels but this is the first time that i heard of extra PILLOW charges. Staff is okay, friendly or maybe it's the nature of filipinos to be friendly, it's their 'hospitable' nature. . .by the way, this is not related to service-- it's the people's nature their to be friendly. . . Location is great, too, it's at the heart of the CBD center, almost walking distance to everything like shopping malls, restaurants, trendy clubs, etc. . .
