"we expected grand/old. really it's just old. our room was over the kitchen, very noisy till late & started very early in morning. could only access pools thru restaurant & bar,no robes to disguise where you were going. staff informed us to change at pools before & after swim. no shower or toilet in changing room tho. wouldnt visit this hotel again as didnt think it was worth $140 per night." - Anonymous

"This is not your normal hotel stay, this is an experience. All facilities are wonderful, right down to the most delicious pillows you will ever sleep on. The staff, I cannot begin to explain how attentive and friendly they all are, I actually thought that I had some how become royalty over night as that's jus the way I was treated.
