"Very run down motel. If there was maintenance, it would be a charming place. The rooms I stayed in are spacious with enough wardroble room and floor space. But the wood in the bathroom cabinet was peeling off, the TV was blurry, and booth the spout of the sink's tap and the kettle iron were corroded. Also, there was no view whatsoever from the window. Built in 1913 as a grand residence an d now operating as a motel with clean and comfortable accommodation where you can relax in the large garden with a book or sip wine on the balcony overlooking the Parklands towards the Adelaide Hills.

Getting there:

Go north along King William Street, the main street going through the middle of Adelaide, go across the river, up the hill where the road changes to O'connell Street, turn right at Tynte Street, and go to the T junction and turn left and we are just around the corner.

Please note Reception closes at 7:00pm. Checkin after this time is to be arranged prior to arrival by calling the motel.
