Room charge and cleanliness is the top selling point of this hotel, shopping facilities, tube and restaurant also nearby. The only compliant is that not silence and recreation facilities to the hotel.

Started out with the smallest single room I have ever stayed in but got a much nicer room the following nights.

Nice bright, clean hotel in good location. Easy access to Notting Hill, Bayswater or Paddington and associated public transport. Staff friendly and efficient. Room very small but bright, clean and modernised. Not on busy road so quiet at night (other guests permitting). Fancy new lift (elevator) - fits couple + pram + bags. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment. All in all, our late-rate was very good value for money. Would stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights in December - fantastic price. Hotel staff friendly at reception, rooms slightly small but clean, quiet and contained everything we required for our London stay. Hotel in good location - we walked through Kensington/Hyde Park into Piccadilly although tube station just round the corner. Area also included many restaurants/shops plus a shopping centre/cinema a few yards up from the tube station.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Very good rate for quality and location of hotel, very close to Bayswater tube which was handy. Would definitely consider again.

Hotel very clean. Our bathroom was new with a shower cubicle. No hand towels only bath towels. We were on the 4th floor and during our stay the lift was broken and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs and drag our cases down when we left. Dining room in basement- no windows Very basic breakfast. But location very good. very near underground. Good base and clean economy hotel.

Very basic and poor choice for breakfast. The only hot item of food available was toast which you had to make yourself.

Small room with squeaky beds and minimal facilities. Indifferent staff. Good location however and reasonable prices for London.

It was in a good central location but there was no internet connection when we were there and that was very disappointing.

The hotel room was very small for two people. Cleaned daily. Location was good. Close to Underground great for getting around London. Noisy with the backpacker hostel close by as the windows facing street level are not soundproofed. Overall an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was okay and plentiful.

Location is excellent - very close to 2 Tube stations, hundreds of restaurants, loads of shops, Whitelys shopping centre and Hyde Park (don't miss the Elfin Oak at Orme Gate). Room was fairly unexciting but spotlessly clean and very quiet, as all rooms would be as location is in a very quiet square.

For the price and location (close to Bayswater tube and Whiteleys) it is well worth it. Our room had a double and single bed. Though shower was small for two ppl (hehe), good water pressure and temparature. Soap and All-in-one Shampoo conditioner avail. Heating available but was able to turn off if it got too hot. Basic brekkie included in price and non-smoking room didn't smell of smoke!

We stayed in the Kyriad Prices Sq hotel for 1 night, we had a little trouble finding it, but once there we were very impressed. Having paid less than £70 for a twin room we found it to be very good value for money.

Spoilt for local restaurant choices. Continental breakfast more than sufficient. Very good location. It does what it says on the Tin!!!

- Location on a quiet street, not too far from city centre, easy acess by underground; - Surprisingly large room, but stuck on the basement, with a view to the garbage dump of the hotel! - Small bathroom; - Staff not always efficient; - Average breakfast.
