Only problem is parking - overall not bad value for money

not cleaned before entry. not enough towels. good location and served the purpose.

Not a bad place for the price and location. Rooms aren't that big but nice view from the floor I was on.

Great price. Above average cleanliness and facilities for it's price range. All in all a great base of operations.

The only thing we could say about the hotel is that the courtesy in entering the rooms should be observed. Cleaners knock and just enter immediaetly otherwise everything is good. The restaurant also at the ground floor is very good and people are accommodating.

There were just two points that probably can't be changed anyway. 1: The smell of deep fried cooking from the kitchen was quite obvious in the hallways, but not in the room. 2: The narrow steps down to reception were a bit tricky especially if someone had lots of luggage.

Price was great for 3 people at $75 per night for 2 bedroom apartment. However we were disappointed in what was not provided in the apartment. i.e. only 1 fork, 2 spoons, 2 dessert bowls, 2 cups, no glasses. How do you use a microwave without bowls. No plugs for kitchen or bathroom, no dish cloth or dish washing liquid. No TV as advertised, non functional phone.

Good location perfectfor students.

I can't complain at all about Budget Accommodation. I am very happy with it.

Good clean place to stay if you just need a bed, very small units, priced well.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is a hostel so has to meet the needs of all its clientel so is therefore a little different. We had two bedrooms so for the price it was very good.

For access to the University the location was fantastic. Two restaurants downstairs and great access to public transport. Daily cleaning was unexpected and as a two star hotel it would be the equivalently best rating of that level and value I have experienced in 30 years of global travel. Prof Kim Hassall

Excellent no-frills overnight accommodation for vistors to universities. I warmly recommend it for short stay visits.

Very modern and very pleasant stay. The room itself were very smartly designed.

Very compact - amazing what you can cram into such a small space! Wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in the apartment but if all you're after is somewhere to sleep in a great location and fairly cheap then this is it. Very clean and modern looking.
