"A good hotel with helpful staff and central location for Kowloon and Hong Kong ferry. Facilities were good, gym and pool and it was clean.
The subsidised breakfast was fine and the atmosphere relaxing.
Only drawback was bar prices (though OK in the Happy hour). I felt that more cutomers would stay longer if prices of drinks were more reasonable as the enertainment was good.

"Be careful of items charged as during our stay, 2 items went missing and we were asked to pay for them when checking out. Only when we persisted only then did the reception staff checked with the housekeeper but the first time she insisted we ate up the items. We told them it was not expensive and if we did we would pay for them but we did not touch them. Why would we want to eat a cup noodle and a can of potato chip when we had wonderful meals at the restaurants and the grocery shops are nearby and we could get those items easily. Please check items when checking in and to do so daily? What a chore having to worry about such items?" - Anonymous
