Prudential Hotel Hong Kong

The location is excellent but for the same/better price, you can get another hotel with the same amenities and location with FREE internet.

The hotel is situated above Jordan MTR. Super convenient with a lot of shops around its vicinity. The amenities were great. Staffs are friendly & helpful at all times. I appreciate the hotel kind gesture of helping me to arrange a birthday cake surprise for my loved one whose birthday happen to falls on our check-in date. Only lapse is the hardness of my room bed which cause me slight backache. Overall is a great experience staying at Prudential. I will definitely stay at Prudential during my next visit to HK.

convenient- easy access to MTR, great local food and shops all around. temple street night market just blocks away. close to kowloon side macau ferry and short cab ride to airport express. clean rooms and great service. need to pay for internet and 3rd roll away if needed. favorite HK hotel.

Spacious room. Great location. Super conveniece as located right at the shopping center in Jordon MTR. It will be good if included breakfast. anyway, as swimming pool located at the roof top, it close at 6.30pm - too early.

very friendly staff great location just right at MTR station

Stayed at The Prudential Hong Kong in May 2011 after a gap of 3 years. Liked it then, like it now. However, it was being refurbished this time so no bar or dining room and hence scores an average for facilities. This will improve dramatically when the work is finished. Wonderful location on Nathan Road and immediately above the Jordan MTR station. Our hotel of choice in Kowloon. Also stayed in the Novotel Citygate near HK airport. The Prudential is great for shopping etc, but the Citygat is a great choice for a 1-night stopover.

Good location, clean and comfortable

I ahve been coming to this hotel many times over the past five years - still the staff are unfriendly and do not know my name when I check in. The location is the best thing going for this hotel, otherwise the service is like being at a factory - very impersonal.

Hotel is perfecty fine. A little tired perhaps but comfy bed, clean bedding and bathroom are all that really matter and this was all in order. Good location right above the Jordan MTR which makes getting around Hong Kong simple. Would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is suitable for the first time visit HongKong because it located in the heart of shopping area. The hotel is surround by shopping shop, restaurant, convenience store, department store. Also the mrt train located downstair of the hotel. All staff speaking English very good and friendly. Room is not too small and each room have window. Next time I will staying with them again if they can offer me a best rate.

Clean rooms and convenient location. The hotel is located on top of Jordan MTR and along Nathan Road. Although it's next to the Nathan Road, the rooms are quiet.

This is a good for value hotel at off peak period. It's clean and spacious rating from the hong kong standard. Location is extremely good as it is just above Jordan MTR. Good shelter even when it rains. highly recommended

I stayed 2 nights at the Prudential, great location for shops, markets, transport plus plenty of food outlets. The staff at front counter were very friendly even looked up ATM locations for me. Having 2 young children they helped us take the service lift to the foyer. The size of the room was big enough for 2 children and 2 adults plus all our luggage. The porters where also very quick getting luggage to and from our room. Every time I'm in HK this is the hotel I will stay at.

Access to all location is easy as MTR is just right below the hotel. Best choice.

Handy location for station & shops. Lovely big room. Staff were very accommodating, we arrived early in the morning and were given a room by 10am. Not impressed about charges for the internet. Would stay at this hotel again.
